Editor-in-Chief of Red State, an influential conservative blog that has been very opposed to House Speaker John Boehner's new debt-ceiling raising bill, is tweeting of possible changes to the beleaguered plan. At approximately 9pm he wrote: "hearing the legislation is headed back to the Rules committee. Possibly no vote tonight."
About ten minutes later he tweeted: "allegedly -- and all rumor -- change will connect a BBA [Balanced Budget Amendment] vote to next year's debt limit increase.
